Q: What age range of children do you cater for?
A: We cater for up to 33 children aged 2-5 years old.

Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We are open Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 6pm. We also offer flexible hours to accommodate a variety of schedules and needs.

Q: Do you offer extra-curricular activities?
A: Yes, we offer a range of extra-curricular activities, including music, dance, physical fitness, nature exploration, storytelling & drama, Science adventures, language enrichment and cooking and nutrution. These activities are designed to enhance your child's experience and provide a well-rounded education.

Q: What is your staff-to-child ratio?
A: Our staff-to-child ratio is in accordance with the regulations set out by Ofsted. For children aged 0-2 years old, the ratio is 1:3. For children aged 2-3 years old, the ratio is 1:4. For children aged 3-5 years old, the ratio is 1:8.

Q: What is your approach to discipline?
A: We believe in using positive discipline techniques, such as redirection and positive reinforcement. We aim to create a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel respected and valued, and where they learn to make positive choices.

Q: What is your approach to toilet training?
A: We work with parents to support their child's toilet training journey. We follow the child's lead and encourage them to use the toilet when they are ready. We aim to make the process as positive and stress-free as possible for both the child and the parents.

Q: Do you offer a settling-in period?
A: Yes, we offer a settling-in period for new children and their families. This allows the child to become familiar with the nursery environment and staff, and helps to ease the transition for both the child and the parents.
